we gotta get a thing that fixes the rates to the players when they joins, cuz 98% of the players have fucked up rates and never listens when i tell'em 2 fix them... idk what its called but i was on a server that had it its damn good

lol, we tried something sismilar on one of our old servers ... unfortunatley since valve released an update, all rate fixers no longer work

well, only rates plugin i know of id ace_rates but i am almost sure it does not work
